I went to see Mr Len Funk about a left elbow injury which was diagnosed as posterior elbow impingement. After the injection of Ostenil I rested the joint for 1 week so in total I had not played tennis for 7 weeks.

The first week back at training I played for 1 hour each day and served only for two days. I have felt no pain whilst playing or after training. During matches I am aware of some pain when serving but at the moment it is not enough to prevent me from serving at full pace.

Six months ago I injured my shoulder playing. It was very painful, keeping me awake at night and stopping me from doing weights in the gym. After a scan I was referred to Dr. Funk through my physio. During my appointment with him he saw straight away what was wrong with my shoulder and suggested an injection of Ostenil would help. Since then my shoulder has been better and I've got my strength back.

A patient known to us as "C" recently had an injection of Ostenil® into his left knee, and this is what he had to say: "I am now pain free in my left knee, I just experience a little aching when I exercise on the cross trainer and occasionally whilst climbing stairs the only other symptom I have is crepitus but not constantly. Just to let you know, within four weeks the pain had reduced considerably and six weeks post injection it felt great! I am so delighted with the outcome
